You're coming on vacay with me, Milk Makeup!

How absurd would it be if when you went to Sephora to check out Milk Makeup Sunshine Peel Tint, they handed yous a shake just for showing up?

I would find that HIGHLY motivating, LOL! Every bit if I demand extra motivation to check out makeup…

Anyway, I've been thinking about this trip I took once. I brought a tube of tinted moisturizer with me, but it exploded all over everything in my purse because the top came loose.

That probably wouldn't have happened with Milk Makeup Sunshine Skin Tint.

Information technology has a pen clicker at the bottom. When you click it, the foundation comes up through the tube and out the roller ball applicator on the other end.

You lot apply the roller ball to spread the tint all over your face up, then blend it in with your fingers.

It's fun AND cool. Plus, it'southward very unlikely to leak foundation all over your stuff.

Milk Makeup is an American cruelty-free make that's been on the makeup scene about a yr or two. Equally far as I know, their products don't incorporate any actual milk, though. Unless you count kokosnoot milk. The "milk" in the name refers to the fancy Milk photo studios, which they're affiliated with.

Their marketing skews pretty immature — teens and millennials — if you lot go past the models on the website, but even if y'all're a lady or gent of a certain age, don't let that finish y'all from trying Sunshine Skin Tint SPF 30. I'm in my 40s and love it!

The genius thing nearly Sunshine Skin Tint to me is how it looks on my peel. I put it on, blend it out, and I swear — I tin can't see information technology at all. Total no-makeup makeup. The finish is slightly shiny, but information technology doesn't look oily, and I dearest the mode my skin looks, fine lines, pores and all.

Because it's a skin tint, yeah, it isn't full coverage, and then don't expect it to hide everything. But it hides just plenty to gratify me on most days. I'd say the coverage is comparable to Neutrogena's Skin Tint (which I also love, past the way), but information technology has a dewier finish.

Sunshine Peel Tint makes for perfect "vacation skin" — dewy, fifty-fifty-toned pare that doesn't look like it's wearing a makeup mask.

This shade, Dear, is a tad too light for me at the moment (for ref, I'yard normally an NC42 in MAC)

Sephora currently carries the line in all eight shades — Fair (fair with pink undertones), Light (low-cal with yellow undertones), Sand (calorie-free to medium with peach undertones), Medium (medium with neutral undertones), Honey (medium with warm undertones), Medium Tan (medium to tan with golden undertones), Tan (tan with golden undertones) and Deep (deep with warm undertones).

I'm a MAC NC42. My skin is pretty tan with golden undertones, and I'm somewhere between the shades Dear and Medium Tan. Honey by itself is a bit as well lite, and the Medium Tan shade is a touch too dark, and then I'1000 mixing the two…which I know is overly high-maintenance, only that'due south how I whorl when it comes to face products. Forever cocktail-ing my own colors!

FYI, I've heard that these foundations tin can oxidize on some peeps, simply I haven't had that issue. Both Dear and Medium Tan stay pretty true on my combo peel, which, by the way, is oily on my brow and nose, merely dry everywhere else.

Mental grooming

The flight to Oahu side by side week will be the Coywolf'southward first time flying, and I'm Actually hoping that the distance won't bother her lilliputian baby ears (El Hub had pretty serious ear issues when he was a child). I'thou planning to requite her a bottle during takeoff and landing, and to bring some new toys. I'm besides loading my phone with a few episodes of Sesame Street, which she loves, to hopefully give her something to distract herself with if she gets uncomfortable.

Have you ever flown with a toddler earlier? Any suggestions? What was it like?
